Italy Now Has the First-Ever FIAT Metaverse Store with End-to-End Sales

The Italian automaker FIAT is introducing a never-before-seen completely interactive web3 showroom for an end-to-end sales experience in line with the worldwide metaverse trend. One of the unique features of the FIAT Metaverse Store is that consumers receive real-time assistance from the company's Product Genius, a real person who is available round-the-clock to answer any queries.

Customers visiting the FIAT Metaverse Store will be welcomed by the Product Genius, who will give them a thorough presentation of the company's flagship vehicle, the New 500 La Prima by Bocelli. Following the introduction, guests can explore the electric automobile in expansive 360-degree views and learn about all its technological details. Naturally, each question will receive a thorough response.

Customers will also be able to design the automobile by selecting its body, color, interiors, and numerous other characteristics in real time thanks to the immersive tool offered by the FIAT Metaverse Store. The New 500 La Prima by Bocelli's fascinating driving experience on La Pista 500, Turin's fabled rooftop circuit, will be the cherry on top.

In collaboration with Microsoft and the Metaverse-as-a-Service provider Touchcast, the FIAT Metaverse Store was developed. Despite being built on the Microsoft Cloud, Touchcast gives users seamless access to the metaverse without the need for VR headsets, NFT avatars, or other specialized devices. With the entire New 500 line-up arriving by the end of 2022, customers visiting the FIAT Metaverse Store will be able to purchase the New 500 La Prima by Bocelli in its entirety in the showroom. In the first quarter of 2023, the other FIAT models as well as VR shops in other nations are expected to go on sale.

Currently, the Italian FIAT Metaverse Store offers the Product Genius from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm (CET) and on Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm (CET).

Additionally, there are IRL showrooms available to all Italian customers at various FIAT dealerships across the nation.
